Daniel Sheed

Daniel has lived in the Seattle area for more than 14 years after growing  up in Moses Lake, Washington, where he attended Moses Lake High  School, graduating in 2002. He then attended the University of Washington from 2002-2006, earning a degree in Political Science. Then attending  law school at Seattle University School of Law in 2011, he then graduated with his Juris Doctorate as an inducted member of the National Order of Barristers. While in law school, Daniel interned for a prominent felony criminal defense attorney in Seattle, working on serious felony cases and garnering an appreciation for defending those accused of crimes and protecting their rights. Upon graduation, Daniel was hired by a firm that provides public defense services to many of the municipalities in Snohomish County working as both a public defender and privately-hired criminal defense attorney. It is at this firm where he became well-versed with the courts, jails, and prosecutors...

What stood out the most was when I first called him he actually talked to me for over an hour and listened and actually gave me good advice.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. In 2023, I faced multiple criminal charges and pending trials due to pleading not guilty. I retained Attorney Sheed after hearing about some of his past legal cases referred through a friend of a friend. Daniel has always been honest, direct and gave me realistic expectations to include both good and bad news and the outcomes. Daniel successfully defended me at trial in July  2023. The Prosecution attempted to stack the deck and paint a criminal narrative. Daniel helped the Jury to see the true facts of the case and with little deliberation obtained a"Not Guilty" verdict. In September 2023, Daniel defended me once again. The other charge did not make it to trial and the case was dismissed. I now have a criminal free record with firearms rights restored.
